Hi Everyone,
A new season of rugby will be with us soon. We start our new season with the news that we have now acquired our own ground at The Portway Rugby Development Centre Portway RDC and will be starting a development programme to enhance the grounds and our gym. We will be sending out some newsletters in the coming weeks and months to keep you up to date with how things are going and our overall site plans.
For minis (groups age 6 to 12), we will continue to be based at Combe Dingle - Coombe Ln, Bristol BS9 2BJ. Our usual days for training will remain to be Sundays and with a 10.30am start. Please communicate with your coaches for specifics on pitch locations, etc as there are some small changes this year.
For the juniors / colts and seniors from U13 to U18 +, everyone will be based at The Portway RDC, Portway, Bristol BS9 2EJ. We will start on Sept 1st for training with juniors but specific times will be issued from your coaches.
We have two systems you need to be fully registered on -
Pitchero, where the club records are needed for managing the teams, payment of subs, etc.
GMS (This is the RFU Game Management System), registration on this system is compulsory and requires an active registration before any junior or mini can take part in any rugby. Reminders have been sent to all previously registered members - all you need do is log in, go through the re-registration process which should take less than 3 minutes to complete. As everything is now digital, we need every player to have an up to date photo uploaded, this is really easy to do. If you require help, then please email: Email Data
Subscriptions for the year are also now available on Pitchero - Subscription Link. Please read the subscription that applies to you. Any changes to a subscription payment may have a charge which is levied by our system provider and we want to minimise cost to you.
For new members who want to join, please click the JOIN button on our website. Please pay careful attention to the signup questions / process and follow the instructions. Someone will be in contact from the appropriate age group. Sign Up Here
If you require any shorts, shirts, socks or new clothing of any kind, please click here - St Brendans Kit Shop. The link for this is in the top left hand side of our website.
Finally, if anyone would like information on volunteering or coaching, we have a number of positions available. We also have a need for a data officer, gift aid coordinator and a social media coordinator, some of these could be paid positions.
We look forward to welcoming you back or any new members to the club.
Please send any questions through to Club Support and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Regards
St Brendan's Committee.
