St Brendan’s uses two systems to manage registrations, compliance with the ICO / GDPR and RFU Compliance.

These two systems are:

• Pitchero – St Brendan’s Club System which manages subscriptions / communication / club content and the club shop. All players and at least one parent must register on this system.
• GMS (RFU’s Game Management System) – RFU all players and at least one parent must register on this system or they cannot train or play matches. Parents must own the data records on this system.

Pitchero: How to register on Pitchero is outlined in the “How to Register on Pitchero” guide that can be downloaded and instructions should be followed to the letter to ensure the registration is approved. You must register on this system prior to attending any sessions including taster sessions. The guide is available below or here - Access Here

The Game Management System (GMS) is the RFU's / England Rugby's central database through which players (and club members) are registered, pay their club membership subscriptions, coaches and referees are registered and their training records maintained, fixtures are arranged, and results recorded (for the 15-a-side game only) and much, much more.

This process must be completed every season and should take no more than 5 minutes to confirm details

Register your details and, for Mini and Youth parents, your child(ren)'s details. Important: Player Registration will not complete until you validate your email address. See details of how to register on the GMS below - GMS Registration Process.

Don't know your GMS login credentials. Follow the Lost Password procedure on the GMS Login Page or, if that doesn't work, email a request to DATA@SBOBRFC.CO.UK

Finally, pay your club membership subscriptions here Membership Payments . Select the option that appropriate and let your Head Coach know the registrations have been completed.
